Ariel Winter (born Ariel Winter Workman on Janurary 28 1998 in Los Angeles California) is an American performer, actress and vocalist. Ariel started her acting career at an early age. Ariel was featured in a Cool Whip ad when she was just 6 years old. The first time Ariel appeared on TV began at age seven, in a CBS episode called Listen Up! Her next roles were in Monk Bones, ER and different shows. Gretchen was the main character that she played in 2007 in Disney Original Channel's animated show Phineas and Ferb. In 2007, she was cast as her first live-action character as Alex Dunphy, on the famous TV show Modern Family.
